What are your hours of operation?

We are available all year round from 8:30am to 5pm. After hours appointments are available and Saturday appointments are available all year round.

Do I require an appointment?

We do require an appointment so that when you arrive you will be attended to promptly. If you do not wish to make an appointment you can either drop your information off, post it or email it to us and one of our consultants will attend to it.

What happens if my consultant is not ready when I arrive?

If due to unforeseen circumstances your consultant is attending to another client and won’t be available at the time of your appointment our receptionist will find another consultant who may be able to start your return until your assigned consultant is ready for you.

Will my interview be private?

We will interview you in a private room where we will explore every possible deduction that may be applicable to your situation & all information received will be kept in the strictest of confidence.

What do I keep for the next year?

We will advise you where necessary about what to keep for next year to help you to gain the best possible deduction.

What is your fee policy?

We accept cash, cheques, internet transfers, EFTPOS and credit card for VISA & Mastercard. We can for approved clients, take the fee from your refund and transfer the balance to your account. How long will my refund take?

After we electronically lodge the tax return the refund generally takes 14 working days. However we cannot guarantee this, as data matching by the ATO may interfere with the length of time taken. If the refund time has exceeded 28 days, please contact this office so that we may assist you.

How long do I have to keep my records for?

You need to keep your records for 5 years from the date you lodged your tax return.
